(hereinafter referred to as Zhiqi) reminds you that before using the software “Lucky Goo”, you must read and thoroughly understand this agreement, including the terms exempting Luckysmart from liability and restricting your rights Terms and choose to accept or not accept this agreement. Once you install, copy, download, access or otherwise choose to use Lucky Goo, it means that you have approved and accepted this agreement and agreed to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
This agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between Zhiqi and you regarding the use of Lucky Goo. This agreement can be updated by Zhiqi Online at any time. Once the updated agreement terms are announced, they will replace the original agreement terms without further notice. If you do not accept the revised terms, please stop using Lucky Goo immediately. If you continue to use it, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised agreement. Luckysmart’s terms of service and later updated content：
1.Software license
1）Under the premise of abiding by this agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use Luckysmart on mobile phones with Lucky Goo APP installed。
2） You are not allowed to modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, disassemble, disassemble, sell, sublet, or sublicense Lucky Goo’s products, or attempt to gain access to the source code of the product, and do not engage in it. Any other attempts to obtain the source code will not develop derivative works based on the Lucky Goo APP or any services it provides or any part of it.
3） Luckysmart and Lucky Goo APP All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Luckysmart。
2. Software use
1） In order to provide you with high-quality services more in line with your needs, Luckysmart will collect and use the following information (hereinafter referred to as privacy information) about you and the Luckysmart smart sonar fish finder (hereinafter referred to as the fish finder) you use through the Lucky Goo APP：
（1）Basic personal information: your ID number, current residential address, telephone number, IMEI information, etc.；
（2）Location information: accurate information of mobile phone positioning；

2） Luckysmart promises to collect your private information only for the purpose of providing services, and will not collect any operating information and file information that are not related to the functions of the Lucky GooAPP software. Luckysmart will take various protective measures to ensure that your private information is not collected and used beyond the purpose and scope, and to ensure the safety of your private information, so as to prevent your private information from being embezzled, misused, and accessed and disclosed without authorization.
3） Except for your explicit consent, Luckysmart will not disclose, disclose or provide your private information to any third party. However, if any of the following situations causes your private information to be disclosed, Luckysmart does not assume any responsibility：
（1）Luckysmart provides your private information in accordance with laws and regulations or instructions from competent authorities；
（2）Your private information collected by Luckysmart from legally publicly disclosed information；

3. Liability statement
1）Luckysmart is not responsible for any claims based on or due to the following items：
（1）Luckysmart is not responsible for users’ deliberate or negligent actions。
（2）Luckysmart is not responsible for problems caused by users linking and using the software with non-Luckysmart devices。
（3）The data and analysis results provided by Luckysmart have been professionally processed and are only provided to users for reference.
2）Luckysmart will not be liable for data and errors that the Lucky Goo APP cannot be used normally due to the following circumstances：
（1）Any reason, such as the network condition of the communication operator, the communication line, or the service provider, etc；
（2）Interfered by software and hardware environment or human operation；
（3）Force majeure factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars, terrorist attacks, etc；
（4）Hacking attacks, technical adjustments or malfunctions in the telecommunications sector, etc；
（5）During software upgrade；
3）If you get to know riders and participate in related activities through the Lucky Goo APP, you should consider it yourself and at your own risk. Luckysmart does not assume any responsibility。
4.Agreement termination and liability for breach of contract
1）If you violate any of this agreement, this agreement will be automatically terminated, and Luckysmart will hold you accountable for breach of contract. Upon termination of this agreement, you should stop using Lucky Goo APP。
2） If your breach of contract causes losses to Luckysmart or other users or third parties, you must bear all the liability for compensation. If Luckysmart assumes the aforesaid responsibilities, you agree to compensate Luckysmart for related expenses and losses (including but not limited to compensation , Litigation fees, preservation fees, attorney fees, etc)
5.Application of Law and Jurisdiction
1）The validity, interpretation, modification, execution and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China。
2） For any dispute arising from or related to this agreement, you should be able to resolve it through friendly negotiation with us or submit it to the people’s court where Luckysmart is located for a ruling.。

1）If any clause of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses are still valid and binding on both parties。
2）The copyright of this agreement is owned by Zhejiang Zhiqi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. Zhiqi reserves the right to explain and modify all。
